Many thanks to the event organizer, Bob McIlhenny, who put together a news conference that was educational, informational and entertaining.
Now the committee is getting some materials printed. A brochure, a sponsor form and an official event application are in the works and will be available to all committee members soon.
The Promotion Committee will meet at the Dobbin House on February 23 at 1:00.
The Program Sub-Committees next meeting will be February 8 at St James Lutheran Church in the Library, beginning at 7 pm.
