|Hickory Bridge Farm is located in the country, at the
foothills of the Appalachian mountains, 9 miles west of Gettysburg, PA. The
"Farm" has been owned and operated by the same family, who has been in the
hospitality industry for over 25 years.
At Hickory Bridge Farm, group dinners are our specialty. Serving to only groups during the week and to the public on the weekends has created a very one-on-one relationship with guests. The restaurant is a beautiful Pennsylvania barn that is decorated with hundreds of farm-related antiques. Each dinner is carefully prepared with the finest ingredients - some of which are from the Hickory Bridge Farm's own garden. Each table is decorated with fresh flowers, fine linens and beautiful place settings.
All farm dinners include American foods which were favored by the area's German settlers and are family recipes. Each meal begins with appetizers served from an antique sleigh. A salad is served with our own warm bacon dressing, complemented with homemade spiced peaches, fresh potato bread and apple butter. You may choose from one or more featured entrees, with potatoes, two vegetables, stewed apples and corn fritters. Guests are served as much food as they would like. Like all farm dinners, a meal would not be complete without a homemade dessert.
Hickory Bridge Farm also has a lovely gift shop that features USA made items. A Country Store Museum and a free talk about our antique collection is available at no cost.
Coming to the country is wonderful to experience. Hickory Bridge Farm has beautiful atmosphere, great food and friendly hospitality. It would be a pleasure to serve your group.
