Beginning Wednesday, January 4th, spend time away from campus and come to Liberty for College Days and Nights!

To mark the 150th anniversary of the Civil War’s second year, the National Park Service free winter lecture series in 2012 will explore events and personalities who figured prominently in 1862, as well as perspectives on the Gettysburg Campaign and Battle.

Winter Trails Snowshoe Demo Day

Winter Trails Day offers children and adults new to snow sports the chance to try snowshoeing and cross-country skiing for free, and to discover the great fitness and social benefits with these easy-to-learn winter sports. Winter Trails can introduce active and not so active children and adults to sports that provide winter outdoor recreation.

One Day Women's Beginner Snowboard Camp

National Learn to Snowboard Month Special! Never-evers and beginners -ages 14 and above.

Now is the time to experience snowboarding!

This is the ideal camp for those just starting out and is designed specifically for never-evers and those who have tried once or twice but still haven't progressed beyond the beginner area. Let us help you have a successful start in this fun, supportive half day camp! Ages 14 and above only please. There will be small class sizes and lots of personal attention.

Pricing

$135 includes an all day lift ticket, specialty Burton Women's snowboard rental equipment (including helmet), and up to 3 hours of personalized instruction. Also includes a special gift! Price for Advantage Card & Mountain Passport holder is $119, and price for Season Pass holder is $75.

Upon completion of the camp, first timer participants will be eligible to purchase the Mountain Passport.

How do you register?

Online reservations will begin starting early December. Space is limited to 30 participants. Camp will take place rain, shine or SNOW! No refunds available - if you are unable to attend we will issue resort credit in the form of a gift card.
