These artifacts and documents are on generous loan from the private collection of Angelo Scarlato.	300 North Washington Street Musselman Library Gettysburg, PA 17325	717-337-6390	Mr. Scarlato is a retired educator who has been collecting materials on the 19^th century African American experience, the Battle of Gettysburg and Adams County history for over 30 years. Special Collections is honored to have these unique primary sources on exhibit for our students and researchers. This exhibit coincides with Gettysburg College’s American Civil War Sesquicentennial commemoration.
